RULES

We kindly ask you to take into consideration the following explanations regarding abstract submission, and we wish you success in your work.

1. An extended abstract is not required during the abstract submission process. Please disregard the abstract template available on the congress website.
2. You can submit the short abstract of your work through the system interface in either Turkish or English, not exceeding 500 words. The title and abstract should be in the same language as the presentation. Please ensure that you clearly express the questions of your study, the methods used, and the results in the abstract.
3. You can skip the table and image upload steps in the abstract submission system. 
4. After the congress, extended abstracts will be requested for a special issue in a peer-reviewed journal, which will be prepared based on studies selected by the scientific committee.
5. Acceptance letters for the submitted abstracts will be sent to you shortly after the abstract submission date.
